Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak seasons or special launches, processing may take slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

  • Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days after processing

While we work hard to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to:

❌ Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to adjust or cancel an order?

  • You can cancel within 24 hours of purchase — completely free.

  • Email us at truvia@gmail.com with the subject line: “Cancel My Order.”

After 24 hours or once the order is shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.


🏡 Updating Your Address

Entered the wrong address?
Email truvia@gmail.com within 24 hours and we’ll fix it immediately.
Once the order has shipped, address changes can’t be made — but our team will help you explore options with the carrier.


📦 Delivery Attempts

Our carriers typically make two delivery attempts.
If both fail, your package may return to our fulfillment center. In that case, we’ll contact you to reschedule delivery or arrange a reshipment.


💔 Damaged or Defective Orders

We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if something arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Take clear photos of the issue

  2. Email truvia@gmail.com with your order number + images
    We’ll send a replacement or refund immediately — no extra charge.
